Pravoma Oral Care is a South African oral care brand founded by Dr Praise Makhubele-Frederick, a registered dentist. Our registered address is Cnr Kelvin Drive & Bowling Avenue, Sandton, Johannesburg, 2196.
2. Use of This Website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this website. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable or impair our website or interfere with any other party's use of it.
3. Products
We make every effort to display our products, descriptions and ingredients accurately. Colours, packaging and formulation may vary slightly from images shown due to screen display or manufacturing updates. All products are formulated with input from a registered dentist, but Pravoma products are cosmetic oral care items and are not a substitute for professional dental advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a dental concern, please consult your dentist or healthcare provider.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price applicable is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation. Payment is securely processed via PayFast. We do not store your card details.
5. Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded in full if we cancel your order.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without our prior written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, Pravoma Oral Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.
